3. Subscription billing

Intelekt offers SaaS subscription plans. Current plans are listed on the Pricing page.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable subscription management flow.

Payment processing, invoices, taxes, subscription management, chargebacks, and refunds may be handled by Creem as Merchant of Record where available.

4. Free plan

The Free plan is available at $0/month and does not require a refund.

6. Refund eligibility

Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, accidental purchases, billing errors, inability to access the service after purchase if support cannot resolve the issue, and cases required by applicable law.

Refund eligibility may depend on the purchase date, account status, usage, checkout provider rules, payment network rules, and legal requirements.

7. Non-refundable cases

Refunds may not be available for extensive usage of paid features, completed billing periods after continued use, abuse or violation of the Terms, failure to cancel before renewal where required by subscription terms, or dissatisfaction based on expectations not promised by the product.

Intelekt does not guarantee specific app quality, revenue, business results, third-party approval, or production suitability, and those expectations alone may not create refund eligibility.

8. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email info@intelekt.live.

Include your account email, plan, billing date, reason for the refund request, and invoice or transaction reference if available.

Refund requests are reviewed according to this policy, applicable subscription terms, provider requirements, payment processor rules, and applicable law.

9. Cancellation

Cancelling prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges unless eligible under this policy or applicable law.

Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the subscription flow, provider rules, or account status says otherwise.

10. Creem Merchant of Record

Where Creem is used as Merchant of Record, refund processing, taxes, invoices, chargebacks, checkout records, and subscription management may be handled by Creem according to checkout, legal, payment, and tax requirements.

Some refund timing, methods, approvals, or documentation may depend on Creem, payment networks, banks, and applicable law.
