Privacy Policy

• Account information you give us (name, email, password hash, optional billing details).
• Content you create (vibe prompts, project files, generated code, deployment metadata, agent memories).
• Encrypted API keys you choose to store (BYOK keys for xAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google — these are encrypted server-side and never exposed to the browser).
• Usage data (pages visited, features used, build counts, token counts, error reports).
• Device data (IP address, browser type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP for billing tax purposes).
• Communications (emails to info@intelekt.live and any support correspondence).

• To operate Intelekt and your projects.
• To process payments and apply applicable taxes via our merchant of record.
• To debug, monitor, and improve the service.
• To send transactional emails (account verification, billing receipts, security alerts).
• To comply with legal obligations.
• We do not sell personal data. We do not use the content of your projects, prompts, or generated code to train foundation models.

• With our payment processor and merchant of record (Creem, operated by Armitage Labs OÜ) for billing, tax compliance, and dispute handling.
• With infrastructure providers (InsForge for backend, GitHub for code sync if you connect it, the AI model provider you select for inference).
• With law enforcement or regulators if legally required.
• In the event of a business transfer (merger, acquisition), with notice to affected users.

Because we are a Próspera ZEDE entity serving a global audience, your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your own. We rely on standard contractual protections with our processors.

• We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion for accounting and legal purposes (typically up to 7 years).
• You can delete your projects at any time from the app. Deleted projects are purged from primary storage within 30 days.

• Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email info@intelekt.live and we will respond within a reasonable time.
• If you are in the EU/UK, you have GDPR rights and may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
• If you are in California, you have CCPA rights including the right to know and the right to delete.

We use TLS in transit and encryption at rest for sensitive fields (including your BYOK API keys). No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data we will notify you as required by applicable law.

We use a small set of essential cookies for authentication and a strictly limited analytics cookie set to understand usage. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and your choices.

Intelekt is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, email info@intelekt.live and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top and, for material changes, we’ll notify you by email or in-app.
