Refund Policy

Summary
We want you to be happy with Intelekt. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. Refunds are handled by our merchant of record, Creem (operated by Armitage Labs OÜ), on our instruction.
Free plan
The Free plan is free. There is nothing to refund.
Monthly subscriptions (Pro and Agent)
Paid monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming month. You can cancel at any time from your account in the app — cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period. We may, at our discretion, issue a partial or full refund in cases of:
- A clear billing error attributable to us.
- A service outage of significant duration that materially prevented you from using the Service.
- Other exceptional circumstances assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
Annual subscriptions
If we offer annual billing in the future, this section will be updated. For now, only monthly subscriptions exist.
Token usage
Tokens consumed during the billing period are non-refundable, including tokens used during builds you later discarded.
Chargebacks
Please contact us at info@intelekt.live before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved faster directly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
How to request a refund
Email info@intelekt.live with your account email, the charge in question, and a short description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.
Statutory rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
