Acceptable Use Policy

• Build, distribute, or operate any software intended to cause harm, including malware, spyware, ransomware, keyloggers, credential stealers, or tools designed to circumvent security or licensing.
• Generate, store, or distribute content that sexually exploits or endangers minors, or any other content prohibited by applicable law.
• Generate sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content of any kind, whether involving real or fictional persons.
• Build face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation tools, or generate non-consensual intimate imagery of real people.
• Harass, threaten, defame, dox, stalk, or impersonate any person or organisation.
• Generate content designed to deceive (e.g. disinformation operations, fraudulent reviews, fake news intended to manipulate elections or public health responses).
• Build or operate services that violate intellectual property rights, including circumventing platform terms of service of third parties (e.g. video downloaders, stream rippers, ticket scalpers).
• Provide services that require regulatory licences you do not hold (e.g. unlicensed financial services, pharmacies, gambling, weapons sales).
• Build, train, or fine-tune AI models on data you do not have rights to.
• Attempt to access another user’s account, projects, or data; probe, scan, or test the security of Intelekt; or interfere with the Service.
• Use the Service to spam, send unsolicited bulk communications, or operate any pyramid scheme, MLM, or get-rich-quick scheme.

Intelekt’s AI agents may produce code or content that, if you choose to ship or distribute it, could violate this AUP. You are responsible for reviewing and validating every output. The fact that an AI agent generated something does not transfer responsibility to us.

If you believe someone is using Intelekt in violation of this AUP, email info@intelekt.live with details. We investigate every report. Confirmed violations result in warnings, suspension, or termination depending on severity. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app.
